Each year, we are able to award CUPE 3305 scholarships to students of CUPE members to provide support to their future schooling. These Scholarships are in the amount of $1000 currently, for the 2025/2026 schol year. The school secretary will have the applications middle of May.
Criteria:
1.1 Must have an immediate family member (as per union contract 14.01) who is an active member of CUPE local 3305.
1.2 Must be entering a trade/apprentiship (HSAP-High School apprentiship Program not included)or post-secondary (college or universities).
1.3 Students who are deferring their post-secondary education for one year may apply the following June after their graduation.
1.4 Current year graduates will take precedence over the past year graduate applications.
2.1 A copy of your Acceptance letter or confirmation letter of placement on a waiting list must be included with the application.
3.1 In 250 to 500 words tell us why you should be the recipient of this scholarship.
